Five Guys is a popular franchise, but my experience there was disappointing. The pricing is outrageous—$22 for a single burger! Given the tough economic situation, I often choose to dine at places like McDonald's or Burger King instead. It seems like even the staff at Five Guys are aware of how overpriced their food is, yet they still expect us to pay. The service was also subpar; my food was served in a messy way, and I had to shell out $22 for something that should've been much better. I usually get two or three burgers for that price elsewhere! Love this place mostly for the food. It is all fresh and cooked to order. There are many toppings you can add to your burger for free. There are also hot dogs, veggie sandwich, and grilled cheese available. The quality of it all is very high. The problem with that is the food can take a while to come out sometimes. It is usually between 5-10 minutes after ordering. Five guys is getting harder to recommend over time due to rising costs. I feel like everytime I come to this location the prices have gone up. If you have a family you will definitely be paying a lot.

I really enjoy Five Guys Burgers and Fries. They offer a wide variety of toppings that allow you to customize your sandwich in unique ways. Sometimes I opt for a salad with tomatoes and mayo, while other times I like to pile on everything available on the menu. During my most recent visit, the cashier had to close her register for a few minutes to clean up the mess left by some customers. There were fries, napkins, and soda all over the table. I just wanted to thank you for loving this place where I work at Staples and I'm coming here for lunch. These places are amazing, the manager Mr Keith is a fantastic guy and his crew all amazing people they are so nice compassionate care they are out of the way to serve you, and the burgers and fries are awesome my God, I love it and these people make me feel like I'm home. Thanks again five guys.????

Good burger, but bad customer service. I ordered a burger and a milkshake. The burger came before the milkshake, so naturally I asked if they were still going to make the milkshake to make sure that they didn't forget. Then I received an aggressive response from the worker. Then when I got my milkshake, it wasn't even mixed. It just had the syrup and the ice cream.

The burgers were ok but the bun was hard. And the fries were very soggy when I specifically ordered extra crispy and I even HEARD the gal tell the cook. But no, we got SOGGY fries. Unacceptable. Especially when the entire meal: 2 burgers and 1 medium fry was TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS!!! Not even any drinks! UNBELIEVABLE PRICES!! We should have just walked out.

We were greeted with a loud refusal at the entrance and told that only online orders were being accepted, despite the dining room being full of customers enjoying their burgers. I love this Five Guys location. The crew working there is always friendly and fast, and they take care to get the orders right every time. I always come here when I?m in the area. It has ample wheelchair accessible seating, and the wait times are usually low. I always pick this place when I?m in the area.

Big burgers and pommes! I tried a hot dog for the first time at the last visit! Delicious! Try a Chicago style (I need Google the toppings).
