I typically place my orders online, but this time I decided to call in to ask a few questions. They answered all of my inquiries promptly and politely. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted warmly, just as I always am, and asked if I needed assistance. The food was hot and fresh, prepared to order every time. I also observed the grill crew working together seamlessly at the grill and fryer. A big shout-out to the #5GuysGrillGang!!!
Just placed an order on DoorDash for over $50 and to say my food was an absolute disappointment is an understatement. Burgers were soggy/mush.
