I would have liked to see more tables, but I understand they’re trying to maintain social distancing due to COVID, so it wasn’t a significant concern. I did end up overeating a bit and experienced that familiar sensation of "I ate so much I had to leave a button undone," if you know what I mean! Overall, this is a wonderful place. I don’t visit often, but whenever I do, I'm always satisfied with my meal. The staff were quick with the orders, and even amidst the busy environment, they remained calm and pleasant, which I truly appreciated. It’s definitely a great spot to take the family, or for a solo lunch to go, like I did.

On top of that, my food orders have been incorrect the last four times I've visited. Our burgers are incredibly simple: one with just cheese and ketchup, another with light mayo, lettuce, and pickles, and the last with light mayo, onions, and A1 sauce. Yet somehow, each time, there’s been a mistake. By the time I take it back to the counter, our fries are ice cold. The last time they even insisted I bring the burger back so they could see that it was missing the onions and A1 sauce, even though everything was clearly listed on the receipt. It's frustrating!

I placed an online order expecting my food to be ready when I arrived and checked in. However, I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes while I watched seven other orders being taken and fulfilled. It was a frustrating waste of my time. When I inquired about the delay, the staff just stared at me in silence. To make matters worse, half of the fries were cold, while the hotter ones were undercooked, and the burgers were overcooked and tough. This experience was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I visited for dinner on July 18, 2024, and I was really impressed! The staff was fantastic – from taking our order to serving our food and throughout our meal, everyone was helpful, quick, and enthusiastic. While we dined inside, we noticed that other customers were receiving the same level of service. The restaurant was spotless, and there was a clear sense of pride in their work. I’ve tried 5 guys restaurants all over MD and this is HANDS DOWN the best in the state. They really care about their customers and strive for even better than chic fil a service. 10/10 highly recommend

This was my first experience dining at Five Guys. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. While the prices were a bit higher than I expected, they do provide complimentary peanuts.

Mr. Epkins is an outstanding employee. He greeted and engaged with every customer who walked into the restaurant. Our group will definitely return to this location.

I received less than half of my order, and instead of the $8 large fries I paid for, they put this in my bag! I can't believe it!
