No limit to price increases. Every time you go in there, the prices go up. I once looked down at my shoelaces for a second and the burgers increased in price by a dollar. I grill every summer, I know how much the ingredients cost. Wanna charge gourmetprices, open a gourmet burger joint. Until then, get real. There are numerous competitors with more realistic prices. It'sground beef and potatoes, give me a break. You're not fooling anyone. If this keeps up, they will be out of business.
Fairfield, Ct worst customer service ever. 1. They never acknowledge with a hello be right with you. They never held their heads up. 2 employees on break to the left. 2 behind counter. The young lady seen. Never walked over. For a lunch Rush they had only 4 customers. I said hello is anyone going to take my order? After waiting 6-10 minutes.The manager stated oh I guess I didn?t see you for 10 minutes! I was taken back and left this establishment to never patronize 5 guys again!

First and last time eating at 5 GUYS. The restaurant I ordered from happened to be close to hotel I was staying at. As pics show, fries are burnt, pics dont do justice but bacon is also, and the bun was cold and hard as a brick. Five Guys has a cruel, outdated policy on animal welfare. They use chickens who live in battery cages their whole lives so small that they can't turn around. Battery cages are cruel and outdated. Even Burger King, KFC, and Pizza Hut have global cage-free policies! It's time for the company to adopt. a global cage-free egg policy!
