I don't mind paying a premium for drinks, but they were incredibly watered down. The tea was so diluted that I couldn't even consider it tea — more like flavored water. We've brought this up before, and we shouldn't have to. It's clear you're aware of the quality if it's this poor. It makes me wonder if other items are being made cheaply as well. Customers expect to pay for quality, but you're not delivering that. This approach isn't very wise and certainly isn't ethical business practice.
Anyone who claims this is the best burger is likely trying to convince themselves to justify their spending. The place feels like a complete rip-off. The fries are quite bad, and the burger is just average.
The staff is always so nice! Food is delicious and everything was made perfectly! They keep the place very clean!
