Came in with my gf to finally try out Five Guys and was sorely disappointed. Order 2 burgers and large fries.They took their sweet time to even acknowledge we were waiting to order. Just 3-4 dudes just standing around in a near empty restaurant on a Friday night.Burger was decent enough, but the large cajun fries that I was most excited to try came in a small drink cup that was barely filled. While the prices are higher than the average burger joint, I would gladly pay if it was worth it. Not this location and probably not the franchise in general.
I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The burger I ordered was dry and flavorless, easily one of the worst I've had in a long time. To make matters worse, the credit card machine automatically added a $6.50 tip without me selecting anything, and I only realized it after we had left. The fries were decent and served in generous portions, but my daughter refused to eat her burger, and my wife ended up with a stomachache. I definitely cannot recommend this place!
Favorite burger place not too busy they make it fresh and all the toppings you can imagine I'm telling you it's there and they have it kinda on the pricey side but again if you want to have a great burger you need to pay this location is clean staff are nice their Cajun fries are good and they do give you a good portion as well. You don't get bored waiting if you are not allergic to peanuts they do have plenty.
If I could leave zero stars i would. If you're making a delivery order for this okay and you are getting the fries , make sure that you check and see that they're genuinely fresh and not burnt. We received burnt , cold and stiff fries and our burger was super greasy that the buns were even falling apart. Meat and bacon smelled and tasted weird as well. They also forgot my drinks! Very sad order.

Clean, great customer service, patience when waiting for your order- they repeat it back to ensure it's correct. Food is fresh, well done and my shake was delicious
Best fast food burger I've ever had. The salt content felt significantly higher than most other fast food though. Skip the fries if you're not into thick cut

The burgers are a bit expensive but absolutely delicious! Don't forget to share the French fries!
