Got the food how I ordered that wasn't an issue. Asked the staff for a fork 5 times only to keep being asked what and then asking what for. I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger but decided to just use a fork to eat. I got mad after saying I would like a utensil to eat with and she responded with sir putting her hand up. I told the lady never mind forget I even asked and walked out. I was not being rude to her but the fact you have to ask so many times for something so simple blew my mind. It's difficult to enjoy eating a burger anywhere else after enjoying the five guys experience. I love every bite of their cheeseburgers. The Johnson Creek location in Portland Oregon is always clean, fully staffed and condiments are fresh and plentiful. They also have fresh peanuts to munch on while you wait for your food. If you drink soda pop you will not be disappointed, their selection is far superior to 7/11. They literally have more drinks available than I knew existed. I simply love Five Guys food. Oh and the staff is friendly and are never bothered if we change our order or add something. The only thing I'm not fond of at Five Guys is how bright it is inside. I know it's not a pub. N...

Me and my fiance went to this location and our food was garbage. The fries were overcooked crunchy and not seasoned. I ordered a BLT in a tomato was soggy and seemed pretty old in the bacon was just as soft as the tomato was. I called them to have them rectify the disaster they served me and my fiancee, which they agreed to do and told me to come in. I couldn't make it till the next day but when I got there they told me they don't have record of me calling and complaining so they wouldn't replace anything even though I had my receipt from the day before. They have there exits doors lock on main entrance you can't go out or in you have too go in side door witch is against fire codes you can't block exit doors or lock them when there open for business it's endangering every one in side store all so is crating problem for wheel Reserva una mesa ahora

Super hot fresh fries! They even give you the farm they came from. Burger was good, probably should have added bacon for no extra charge, damn! Grilled jalapeños added a nice kick. The only down side is the hot fresh burger comes out like someone sat on it..solid 4/5

Five Guys is undoubtedly the best burger joint in the US! Their burgers are fantastic, and the fries are absolutely amazing. However, it can get quite busy, so be prepared for a bit of a wait.
