Poorly run. Terrible unqualified incompetent store management. An hour after opening the iced tea was empty. The store was almost empty but the racist store manager didn't care and told me to wait indefinitely because she really had no idea how to manage the small customer volume they had and it ended up being an argument when another customer started name calling me and I was told to leave with no refund, with not even an attempt by the racist manager to understand what had caused the argument. I don't recommend going here if you are white.Also it is just tragically overpriced fast food
It's five guys, so if you don't like fresh burgers made just the way you want you then, then stay far away. I always get a double cheeseburger, on a lettuce bun (no one does it like five guys! , tomato, pickle, jalapeño, and mustard. I also enjoy their French fries- I put the malt vinegar all over them, so yummy! I like this location because my order is always exactly how I ordered it- and they give me ALOT of fries! It's clean here, and I can enjoy dinner with my family.
IM A FORMER EMPLOYEE! I HATED THIS JOB !! When I started working there, there was this white guy who was the manager and he was cool, until he got fired. Then this white woman who ACTED LIKE A COMPLETE CHILD would always yell at us !! I’m so glad I walked out that day!!
Improvement in service over the years! I have been noticing that one of the guys specifically keeps the place exceptionally clean! The food has gotten better than it previously used to be as well!Parking: Free shopping center parking lot.

If you like limp soggy fries, then this is the place for you! I ordered a medium, $6.50, which I was told was 2 scoops...it was more like one and a third.....anyhow....i don't loke soggy fries but my garbage bin does
Service was ok, they communicated that they messed up our orders of fries and offered to make more, we declined and were ok with what we got. But, $63 dollars for 3 meals is a bit much I must say
Burger was good, but my fries were not done. They were soggy and limp. I took them back, and they took care of me with a fresh order of fries.
I have been to five guy in different location but I have found this is best service and staffs are best too. Specially I liked the fries.

Employees there surely didn't want to be at work that day. I will not be going back to that particular location.
The cajun fries one of the best!!Parking: Its in the shopping center and plenty of parking is available
