This was one of the best five guys I have ever been to and I’ve been to a lot! The food was delicious I asked for my fries crispy and they were crispy not only was the food delicious and cooked very well but the atmosphere was awesome and the employees were so friendly and polite. I will be visiting this location every time I am in the area. Amazing food amazing atmosphere and amazing employees. The guy who helped me I believe he was a manager his name was a Adeen he was amazing at answering any questions I had about the food or the ingredients for the food and also even talking to me about other things very friendly guy!!! Good job five guys!!!! High Five guys for excellent service!!!!
Really long wait for your order comparing to other locations. French fries so salty that we throw out half of them also burgers by the time we got them were cold. I think they have something wrong with the sequence they preparing the orders. I've been inother locations and this is my first time that I got disappointed.
5 guys 5 stars, prices are outrageous though, not the employees fault so they shouldn't be penalized. 33 dollars for a single, a double. And 1 large fry. Dang, had to call my bank for a personal loan to eat there, food was good though. Service was great. 5 stars ?
I used to frequent this restaurant when it was closer to my house. It is now an hour away, so I won't be able to go there as often. The staff at Downers Grove are excellent and the food is delicious.

The restaurant was average, not outstanding but not terrible either. The pricing was really expensive, but I suppose that's just the way things are with food in 2024.
Very expensive burgers but they definitely give you a large amount of fries and the customer service is very good.
The food at this restaurant is excellent, but it is quite expensive. The parking lot is still under construction.
