We love five guys and it is our go to when we want burgers out. However, I think they may need to train or retrain some of the staff there because when trying to call our order in for pick up they were very confusing on the phone. Otherwise, the fries are always fresh everybody has a positive and happy demeanor, the burgers are juicy and delicious and my mom adores their milkshakes. It's a win-win for everybody, plus it stays within our budget and everybody leaves full.

I had an incredibly positive experience at this restaurant thanks to Matt behind the counter. He was exceptionally considerate, and I truly appreciated his kindness. I was the guy who came in just to grab a soda so I could use the men's room, and Matt made me feel really welcomed. Ordered via app for pickup. Veggie sandwich with cheese is $6. Followed all the add on toppings and made correctly. Regular Cajun fries were well seasoned and cooked through, although soft but not crispy. Order was not ready and had to wait 15 min after pickup time. Not a great value for veggie sandwich.

This restaurant operates like a well-oiled machine! The staff is incredibly friendly and greets you the moment you step through the door. It's clear they work together seamlessly to prepare your order. And the food is outstanding! I give it 5 stars across the board! Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
