I've been going to Five Guys for seven years and always had a flawless experience; Service and food quality. This time, not quite sure what was happened. Yesterday, July 3rd, at 12pm, I immediately regretted giving a 20% tip after placing my order, asmy wife and I sat down and tried to have a conversation being muffled by employees purposely screaming loud and making jokesabout other customers. When the jesters would finally be done, the employee responsible for cleaning tables would go around andpurposely drag the metal chairs as they screech on the tile floor, while everyone was getting uncomfortable and could not talkamongst that chaos, while the other employees were laughing. I've seen other reviews referring to a few bad employees but I came here specifically to say how kind the employees have been to me when I've gone here. Once when pregnant a young worker behind the counter offered to leave his area to get the door for mewhen I was leaving with food bags in my hands! Another time, today, I brought my baby in her car seat with me and the manoffered if I wanted to wait in my car while they got my order ready. Then, when I was leaving, he told me I could call aheadnext time to have them bring it out to my car if I didn't want to bring my child in. Also, just very kind and polite in generalevery time I go in!
I visited the restaurant specifically for the fries, and they did not disappoint! The potatoes are freshly cut on-site, and the portions are quite generous. They're fried in peanut oil, which makes them vegan-friendly, a nice change from what you often find elsewhere. I would rate them four stars. Some might prefer their fries to be a bit crispier, especially if you're planning to take them home. I found that putting mine in the air fryer for a few minutes did the trick. They taste fantastic!
I always have a great experience dining at the Five Guys in Hanover. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean and well-organized. For takeout dinner, the cost per person typically falls between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere another 5. I highly recommend trying the French fries!

If I could eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be burgers and fries from this restaurant. Unfortunately, that would lead to a very short life and I'd like to enjoy these burgers and fries as long as humanly possible. Go treat yourself and getyour favorite type of burger at this restaurant. I now believe the hype.
This restaurant is a fantastic option for burger lovers. I had one of the best burgers I've ever tasted. The service was Friendly and efficient. The French fries were incredibly flavorful, and the meat was delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing burger experience.
The food was good. I saved half my burger and wanted to eat it the next day, and it was really gross. Other than that the food is really good but a little pricey. Bathrooms were clean. Service was good people there where very kind and polite.
Great burger but I wish the company would use a better quality cheese. The french fries I got were just stubby little pieces that were overcooked. But I got it to go so I never saw it until we were down the road. You know what pesci says.

I recently had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant, and I highly recommend the Bacon Double Cheeseburger paired with the Cajun Fries. Both dishes were incredibly tasty!
