I put an order for a cheeseburger and medium pommes. the total number was a ridiculous $14.89 although fast food staff should not get tips, I still tilted 10%. After waiting patiently and all the other customers were gone, they asked if I waited for something. I told them I'm waiting for my lunch. they asked what my order was, Ot was 1, and they looked at me as if I were the crazy one. one of them said, what did you order and I said you were doing me right? he told me they had to lose the ticket, I think they gave it to someone. The cashier greeted me with a smile as I entered the restaurant. I ordered a cheeseburger with 2 patties and BBQ sauce only, along with a small cajun fry. The burger was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of BBQ sauce. The cajun fries were plentiful and seasoned well. I had requested a small portion of BBQ sauce to dip my fries in, but it was not included with my order. When I inquired about it with another employee, she seemed reluctant to retrieve it for me. Overall, it was a great meal with some friendly coworkers.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They had a sign at the counter advertising a veggie patty, but when I ordered, I received a sandwich with just veggies on a bun. When I questioned the staff, they claimed it was a joke and that I was taking it too seriously. This is not a joke; it is dishonest and disrespectful to customers. Another customer had the same confusion. The staff was unprofessional and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
my friend and her friend and I went before the movies to this five young. eating was great and they had a lot of options to add the burgers. fries were great and they offer free groundnuts. the food was filled and the service was also fast with a long line. one of my favourite places highly recommended!

Jose is so nice and accommodating. He is the reason why I keep coming back even though I live in Clearwater. He was very helpful offering me a menu tour and explaining the sizes of the burgers. Keep him around hes doing everything right and then some!
I gave it two tries now. Both times fries were not cooked thoroughly. Last time bun was stale. This time burger doesn't taste right either. I get five guys all the time. I am wondering if it is just this location.
can't tell them how much I love five guys burger! the first time I had it in a dae, soouo tasty! double cheeseburger and pommes. the load was also great. it was clean and not too busy.
I really enjoy the lettuce-wrapped burgers at this restaurant. They always give plenty of fries with each order, and everything is always correct. I will definitely be coming back.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and tried their bacon hotdog and fries - both were delicious. The fries were particularly excellent!
The burgers are made to order they were made exactly as we requested. The fries are fresh plentiful! Prices are reasonable!
