Five Guys Burgers Fries

Every time we visit this place, it is a beautiful experience. Hands down, they have the best service in the food industry. Since the Five Guys in Simi Valley closed down, we have the option to visit either the Thousand Oaks location or the Northridge location for our burger fix. Our experience at the Thousand Oaks location was okay, with a mistake in our order and a somewhat cramped layout. However, when we visited the Northridge location, the service was exceptional from our first visit onwards. The staff welcomed us warmly and were patient as we placed our orders. I agree with a fellow reviewers that the hamburgers are too expensive for the grizzle contained in the low-grade hamburger they use. The burgers are horrible. I could not finish my burger (perhaps the first time in my life). The fries are very good, but that is not enough for a good review. And what makes everything worse is that as you are chomping down on mystery lumps of fat, tendons and bits of bone, you are surrounding by a wall full of propaganda preaching that their burgers are the best....it seems like a brainwashing effort to scare off people from telling their friends how bad their burgers are in fear that they look uncool. This place is a complete mystery.

Normally they are on point and it is great! Tonight, there was no rhyme or reason for what happened. Someone walked in and paid for his order and got it right away, just because they had just finished making it, even though there was 3 other people waiting for their food. The fries always take forever to make and even of you order ahead, you are usually waiting for the fries to finish. Like I said, they are usually not thus bad, it was not even that busy.

The food was delicious! However, I was a bit concerned because the cashier was coughing and looked ill. While I understand it's not his fault, it did make me question the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant. It's important to consider the potential risk of getting sick when purchasing food. The staff at this restaurant are very friendly and clearly enjoy what they do. They take pride in using high-quality, simple ingredients to create delicious food that is prepared with care. I have been a fan of Five Young for a while now, and this place did not disappoint.

The burger was delicious and the waiter who took our order was very friendly. However, they got my son's order wrong, which we only noticed when we got home. Also, two burger meals ended up costing over $40, which I found a bit pricey.

It's a shame when employees are soooo lazy that they cut their phones off 20 minutes before they close so that they don't have to fill orders trying to get out of there early smmfh... shame.

I Loved the bacon hamburger ,they give you free topins and I added mushrooms green peppers and grilled onions and the cajun fries are bomb!! 100% recomended clean hamburger ? Reserva una mesa ahora
