Keylon is an exceptional Employee! From the time I opened the door until the time I left he was friendly. He greeted me as I entered the door, again as I approach the counter, read my order back to ensure it was correct and thanked me for my visit. His interaction with all of the guests was absolutely amazing. Please be sure to recognize him for being such an amazing employee. I did not remember the Leaders name who was wearing a black polo however he was very pleasant as well.
I used to love 5 guys and would recommend them to anyone looking for a really good burger. The different prices at each location have turned me off. Be consistent. The 301 store wanted to charge $16.00 for a burger who was $13.00 at the Sebring site. They call it foot traffic, I call it greed!!! Not again! Mighty Fine Burger in Austin is just as good if not better and their prices are consistent at all locations!
I have to admit, it was a busy Friday night when we ordered 4 burgers for takeout. However, we were all quite disappointed to find that their large fries, which cost almost $8, were just a cup full. Paying $8 for a cup of fries seems excessive. Aren't they known for their generous portions of fries? Not at this restaurant. The burgers were delicious as usual, but the fries were a letdown.
Admittedly, it's Friday night, they were busy, and we ordered 4 burgers to pick up. However, we were all really disappointed that your nearly $8 big fry was just the cup full. No overflow. $8. Such a fast an easy place to get a banging burger. An it's not super fake like other fast food places always hot an fresh absolutely love there natural cut frys an always get Cajun seasoning on them. Your welcome
the first time and I really enjoyed eating and the place was packed, but the service was spectacular. I will visit again and take my big children and try the hot dogs and milkshakes.
Nicest staff. Great food. Burger was amazing as usual and the fries are amazing, too!! Will always appreciate how many fries they give you. Definitely recommend this location!
