While the food is good, the ordering and pickup experience leaves much to be desired. It's incredibly chaotic and inefficient. If they could just take a little time to improve their pickup process, I would happily order from them every week. Instead, you're told it will take 20 minutes, but when you arrive after 30 minutes—already expecting delays—you end up waiting an additional 15 minutes alongside other frustrated customers. Once inside, the staff avoids making eye contact, and they won't take your order directly; you can only place orders over the phone.
