The food was very good: The home baked bread is really good and it goes well with kashk-o-bademjoon; although, the kashk-o-bademjoon was a bit on the bland side. I thought it needed more good quality kashk. The tahdig was a bit too hard. The waiter warned me about it and told me that it didn't come out good, but I wanted to try it. He was right! It was VERY hard, but after a few minutes, he brought us another batch that was excellent. We had it with gheymeh. The gheymeh doesn't come meatless. I had forgotten to tell the waiter that my daughter was vegetarian, so he brought some vegetarian bademjoon, which was totally unexpected, since the bademjoon does not even come with tahdig! note: according to the information of the manager on the premises of this restaurant not work with open table. they do not accept any reservation unless they call it. the manager was very nice and made a story for us for 10 people. I guess we had luck that the restaurant had provided enough space to put the tables together and they were not so busy. after the headache of not a reservation and they prepare a table for us that was eating well and service was excellent.

This restaurant is consistently amazing. The service is excellent and the portions are very generous. The salmon is exceptional, as are all of the dishes. I have been dining here for years and the food is always wonderful. It is a great option for both large groups and intimate dinners for two. The value is fantastic and the service is exceptional as always.

Not the eatery it used to be. Food is not as tasty. Value isn't there and you can't remember your patrons. We have eaten at Flame ever since it opened and although under a different ownership we feel something has gone wrong. We shall not return.
I thought flame persian cuisine was just fantastic. I couldn't stop eating the flatbread that they do in the corner of the dining room. this place is a beautiful gem of a restaurant. eating and service were excellent.

We went for lunch at just past noon on a Sunday and it was empty. The food was good and so was the service.
eating was at best mediocre. there are many other Persian restaurants in the opposite that are much better
