to the best meal I had in omaha. probably the best steak I've ever had. at our wedding day, my wife and I all went out. we started with the calamari and it was delicious-lightly baked, in a sweet chili sauce, with slices of red pfeffer and banana pepper. my wife has the petit filet, with diablo garnelen up. I was with the bone in the NY strip. we also ordered the parmesan pfefferminz kartoffeln. everything, and I mean everything, was perfectly cooked. the prices are high, but I would say they are justified. the service was also great. we were greeted with a jubilee card that was personally signed by the entire staff. a nice note. only a total...read more
Soso. Steak was ordered medium but came well done. Asparagus was not super fresh which could have been helped by some seasoning or sauce for $10. The meat could have used some seasoning as well . Food was just on the bland side except for the house potatoes which were very good . Waiter and staff were great and wine choices turned out well. We were dreaming of a steak like Smith and Wollenskys in Chicago but sure didn't get it for such an expensive place. The atmosphere in there is very nice though but food should come first in a restaurant. Perhaps it's as good as it gets in Omaha.
I was several times in fleming in san diego and my visit to flemings in omaha has not disappointed. I went for my jubilee dinner and the service and eating were top notch as expected. for dinner we shared the carpaccio appetizer and everyone got steak cooked to perfection. we had the framed spinat and Mac/cheese as the side that were heavenly. thanks for a great evening.
no, bring your wallet with you. very good. well, I hope that for these prizes. steak great. the problem, yes the steak was great, but the Caesar salad was better? yes, the salat was the best Caesar salad I ever had, but it shouldn't have been better than the steak. the bill in vegas at this price ok. the bill like this in omaha, rinderstadt, not in order.
