This is a fantastic spot for sandwiches and takeout meals. They offer half-sized wraps and heroes, along with delicious homemade desserts, all at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and highly efficient. Since everything is made fresh to order, you might encounter a bit of a wait, but it’s worth it. They also excel in preparing holiday meals.
I only go there for the egg sandwiches, which are definitely worth it, even though it's cash only. The friendly woman at the counter remembers my order and goes the extra mile by checking with the kitchen to ensure everything is being prepared correctly.
Thank you so much to the Floral Park Delicatessen for putting together a last minute order to celebrate the LIJ hospital staff during these unknown and difficult times. It put a smile on the staffs faces and we cannot thank you enough!

The cold cuts were dry and the bread was stale. It’s not what it once was. The new ownership has ruined the place. I won’t be spending my money there again; I’d prefer to travel a bit further to Iavarone for a quality sandwich.

I'm taken aback by the negative reviews for this deli. I dine here several times a month and have never encountered a bad sandwich. They make the best melody I've ever experienced at a deli!
