The hookah quality at Majlis was disappointing, and the service was frustratingly slow, taking over an hour and a half to address a simple issue. The manager seemed more interested in socializing and enjoying hookah with other customers than in attending to patrons' needs. Overall, the experience felt lackluster, suggesting that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.
The menu, which once was visually appealing and varied, has now been reduced to a plain, confusing laminated sheet. While some may prefer a minimalist design, it can be confusing for first-time visitors. After several disappointing visits, I’ve decided not to return with my friends. While I really enjoyed the flavorful hookah and the inviting atmosphere, I was disappointed by the lack of hospitality. After spending three hours at the restaurant, I was unexpectedly asked to leave, which caught me off guard and felt rather unwelcoming. I understand the necessity of managing seating, but I was hoping for a more accommodating attitude. Overall, my experience was somewhat of a mixed bag—fantastic hookah, but lacking in customer service.
I had lunch at Majlis today and the waitstaff, both white and African American, were fantastic! They made it one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The food was delicious too. I tried the sweet chili wings (absolutely amazing), jerk chicken, grilled chicken sandwich, falooda, and lemonade mojito. Everything was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly!
Everything about this place is amazing ! The food, hookah and customer service. Rizwan is a fantastic host. I was here on a visit and will definitely be coming back when i'm in the states. Cant go wrong with this place. Ps. Always ask Rizwan what to eat and order he's good and providing the best service every.

I have been coming here for many years and I can 100% say that majlis has the best hookah and food in the city! If your looking for the best experience look for the assistant manager Dillon, he knows his stuff!
The food is wonderful, with outstanding quality. The hookahs are also excellent. I highly recommend trying the wooden hookahs; they offer a noticeably smoother smoke and a much richer flavor.
Wonderful atmosphere. Great food, awesome customer service, and the hookah is on point. I would definitely recommend to all my family and friends! Can’t wait to come back!
Went there with my girlfriend not too long ago. Really amazing food and this gentleman call Jose Abel made the experience a lot more pleasant with his amazing service.
