I politely mentioned that it lacked huckleberry flavor, and all she could say was, "I’m sorry," before just staring at me. There was no offer to add flavor, remake it, or even refund the $9.25 I spent. Unsure of how to respond because I tend to avoid confrontation, I ended up driving away feeling unsatisfied. Later, I stopped at a gas station, picked up some Nesquik strawberry milk, and mixed it in. Thankfully, that improved the taste! So, as I traveled along Highway 12, I sipped on a decent strawberry shake. It was a shame I didn’t get the huckleberry shake I was hoping for, and I was disappointed by the lack of customer service.

It's amazing to me how a coffee shop that has a Breve on thr menu can't make a Breve thr correct way. I've been to a few locations, but they all make them the same. Way way to hot and absolutely no foam on the top so it's creamy because of the diffrent style milk. Even dome of the shop use the same milk instead of half and half. I'm over it! I try to support local but you can't when they fail to make a simple drink. Quality not quanity but that's a tough one I guess!

If Copper Mountain is closed, I tend to come here. However, my coffee is consistently watered down, and it takes over 10 minutes for a single drink to be prepared. The longest I've waited without leaving was 45 minutes. It's frustrating because the staff often just stands around chatting about their personal drama instead of serving customers. Please improve your service.

I had a latte flavored Huckleberry..... perfection!! Not overly sweet like chain lattes, it had a good coffee flavor with a hint of Huckleberry. As a traveler it's hard finding good coffee. Thank you for a good coffee drink. My boyfriend got the Huckleberry smoothie....it was excellent, beware it was more of a milkshake than a smoothie. Reserva una mesa ahora

It's a drive through coffee shop and which one you go to is definately hit or miss but if you like your coffee STRONG and on the very flavorful side this is the place to go. My standby is a dirty chai latte!

Absolutely LOVE the lotus drinks! After a gentleman saw me purchasing a Monster at Walmart, he recommended these instead and they are delicious!

I would appreciate having more sugar-free options, although they do offer significantly more than many well-known restaurants.
