we had chosen a restaurant in advance for our holiday and reserved. selected by the menu. mail with reservations sent request and very quickly receive a confirmation for the reservation. today was very punctual for reservation before location and very welcome. drink card, aperitif and menu. as aperitif a sekco with sirup selected. the three-course menu with bark meat and calf and perceived chefin's wee recommendation. appetizer with pickled salmon and wasabi/crust salad, kamm and salate. as already mentioned with sweet and self-made potato croquettes. dessert on apfelstrudel a la florian. I can only say that we were absolutely satisfied, thank you for this evening and very much to recommend....
