Stayed at the hotel tremendous food and a pleasure for vegetarians! When I go abroad I am normally happy to be offered one vegatarian dish, staying at the Waldeck and eating at Florians I was truly spoilt. Our three children are vegetarians too and the...children's menu accommodated accordingly and my eldest 13 was really pleased with the potatoe cakes. Just a pleasure to have fabulous service thanks Cindy! And good food and wine and really inexpensive compared to other ski resorts we have frequented before. We will be booking again.

we should just stay one night and then go to a Viking cruise. Unfortunately, my man was taken to the hospital for the 6 next days. I could stay there all the time. the owners and the staff were so merciful and helpful during this difficult time. the breakfast was delicious and filled me so much that I didn't need lunch! I ate a few nights and the food was above the top. the location was perfect as the railway station was a simple 10-minute walk from the hotel. we are so grateful and want to return.

We have visited this restaurant several times over the last 3 years and love it more every time! The food is delicious! Today we enjoyed the deer steak entree', shrimp entree', the 3 noodle dish, and a vegetarian medley. The owners are very friendly and...staff attentive. All dishes were very flavorful and the portion size was just right! Don't miss the pumpkin soup it's amazing!! The staff is really friendly and speaks English well ;

although the atmosphere was beautiful and the staff very friendly, eating was a let off. the choice was great and the overall quality was good, but each meal was extremely salty, until fresh vegetables and fish could not be right anymore...available that was a scandal, as it was clear that fresh and good ingredients were used but sadly pampered by the cook. we will not go back

this restaurant is very beautiful. the staff is very friendly and attentive to their needs. eating is great, big teller. we have the raclette one night, that was very good. then we have in another night the fondue (yes, bee again.) that was wonderful....Very nice restaurant. much better than some others.

Our stay in hotel Waldeck was very warm and welcoming. The owners are very friendly and especially the nice waitress from the restaurant. The food at restaurant Florian was very good and tasteful. We had a lovely holiday and the area is very nice to...walk. A place to return! Paul and Bärbel

the interior of the restaurant is just awful totally tasteless/styleless, but it's well compensated by the quality of the food. The meals are made from fresh ingredients and taste (and look) really good. The waiters don't speak English, no menu in English available.

pleasant restaurant with a reasonable choice and civilized trips. they had a special suggestion to create their own menu by ordering a lot of hot and cold appetizers. like tapas or cichetti. very good choice and well prepared. we enjoyed it!

Although thr good reviews and nice place we werent impressed by the food. I would expect better for the price.
