embedded here for a late lunch (1430) and had a delicious horned beef sandwich and a very respectable teapot. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the owner (I guessed). we mentioned that we wanted to buy a Bakewell tart to go home this evening, and his wife, who led the sweetware shop down below, quickly produced a delicious sample. very dog friendly. Cafe-ish atmosphere with a fun little gift shop. highly recommended!

this hidden gem has fantastic salads and great personal service. our ice creams were served in glasses with ice cream. we had prawn Marie-Rose salat and goat cheese, beet root and caramelized wobble salad. highly recommended.

Nice clean spacious modern cafe in the center of Bakewell selling good hot food and drinks. Dog friendly. Quick friendly service. Clean well looked after toilets. Quite calm atmosphere away from the hustle bustle, very nice.

We ordered breakfast and wasn’t disappointed. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. Our food arrived quickly and was nice and hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a nice experience and we will return.

My wife I love this place, we've been coming here since it opened. Great food prices, lovely staff owner, a great atmosphere. Can't recommend it highly enough.
