Cafes in shopping centres as a generalisation are not great. Flow cafe had nice strong coffee and friendly service which is a welcome change. There is a wide variety of breakfast, lunch & sweets to choose from. The bacon & egg roll on a Turkish like sesame bun is delicious, especially the lightly spiced tomato relish. It also came with a hashbrown which was nice. The sourdough toast was misleading as it was not sourdough. Actually it was just airy white Vienna bread and not a sourdough at all which was misleading. The Sonoma fruit & nut sourdough was also misleading as it was definitely not Sonoma bread and neither was it sourdough. So very disappointed on those fronts. Next to a...

Lovely cafe here in Marrickville Metro, with a kids play area next door so great for families. Came with my younger siblings and the menu is varied with something for everyone, as well as a kids menu.
We all got sandwiches, plus a kids chicken and chips meal. Their coffees are delicious, and food is presented well with generous servings. Everyone was happy with their dishes with no complaints regarding taste.
Loz works across the road and recommends trying out their peruginis (toasted sandwiches). Overall, we had a delicious lunch here which didn't hurt the wallet and staff were lovely. Not bad for a 'shopping centre' cafe!

Buen café aquí en los recesos traseros del centro comercial Marrickville Metro. Además de un área de juegos para niños, tan práctica si intenta obtener un descanso con / desde su hijo. No comí aquí, pero una simple selección de pasteles hacen el truco.
Good coffee here in the back recesses of the Marrickville Metro shopping centre. Next to a kids play area too, so handy if you're trying to get a break with/from your infant. I haven't eaten lunch here, but simple selection of cakes do the trick.
What a great bunch of people. Vicky yesterday greeted me like a long lost friend. Today they bought me a paper specially and the breakfast of bacon and eggs was first class.
We called into Flow cafe for breakfast and were delighted to be served good food, carefully prepared and presented. A bonus was the excellent coffee. Highly recommended.

Phillip and his team are always attentive and produce an excellent big breakfast. I'm now a regular and loving it.
