the meat paved was hard without respect for the cooking required. uncooked accompaniments, a pseudo gratin of cold zucchini in fact it was a kind of cold bechamel poured on zucchini with water, idem green beans cooked with water without a hint of sauce, the badly washed salad remains sand that cries under the teeth.
