Although not all of us opted for the full dining experience, we still waited quite a while for the meat service to begin. When it finally did, the selection was not as varied as usual. Additionally, we had to ask three times for our check before anyone finally attended to us. We did sit in a different section this time, and perhaps this is why the service was not up to par. I had a very disappointing experience with the food I ordered. It didn’t match the menu description at all; several items were missing. The quality of the meat was shockingly poor. I would never have chosen such low-quality meat or lamb; instead of the tender lamb chops I expected, I received dry lumps of meat, and the steak was just tough, stringy pieces of beef. The chicken legs were served without a single thigh, which had been specifically mentioned on the menu. Overall, the quality was terrible, and it took much longer than anticipated to get my order. To make matters worse, there were no napkins, utensils, or anything provided. I will not recommend or order from this place again.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude and disrespectful, and the waiter serving the meats displayed discriminatory behavior, as they only attended to certain customers with the premium options. I ordered the full experience, but everything was overcooked. After I voiced my concerns to the manager, they took no action. We spent over $200, and one of the waiters even had the audacity to give me a side-eye and tell me not to roll my eyes at him. I would give this place 1 star and do not recommend it at all. I had a good meal at this restaurant. The food is quite good compared to other Brazilian steakhouses I've tried. However, I do wish there had been some sauces available at the market table to accompany the meats. There was also a period of about an hour during which no server brought any beef to our table, which was a bit frustrating for my partner (although it was understandable since around 80 people had just come in from an event).

I had an incredible experience at the buffet! The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. The cocktails were particularly impressive, with generous amounts of liquor. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around $30 to $50. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Salad Bar and Picanha!

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant following our intimate town hall wedding with family. Both the food and service were outstanding.
