Not too bad. I've been to some incredible Brazilian steakhouses so when comparing food-wise, this place is not my favorite, but it's not bad. We went on a Sunday afternoon. Parking was no problem with their spacious lot, the place was packed but we made reservations so were seated right away. I actually really liked the selection at their salad bar. It's one of the better steakhouse salad bar selections in my opinion. I wasn't too long of a wait for the cuts to start coming around and while some did not disappoint, there were others that either didn't have a lot of flavor or cooked too rare. The Costela and Cordeiro were really good! Not bad, not bad.
My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our first experience at Fogo de Chão! Even though it was Valentines Day, our wait time for our table was not that long ~5 minutes). The market table was fully stocked with fresh fruits, cheese meats, a great salad section and more. We then opted to indulge in the Churrasco experience, which was amazing. The favorites were definitely the Filet Mignon, Picanha, Lombo, Costello de Porco, and Chicken Drumsticks. Our cocktails were on point! Jorge’s Sour, Basil Gimlet, and Strawberry Hibiscus Caipirinha)
I made a reservation for 5 to celebrate a birthday. Overall, we had a fantastic time. This was my second time here, and everything was just as excellent. We all enjoyed the experience and ordered the Wagyu ribeye for the table. Everyone enjoyed the cold buffet offerings, which complemented the meats very well. I did wish that they had passed around more often, but the experience was still enjoyable. We will be back!
Antonio and Fernando were absolutely the best. Attentive to any need and could almost tell what was needed before we we did. Took my family of 6 there to celebrate my son's commissioning into the Army. Great time and they both helped us make it very memorable.
