I went in front of the truck by chance. It felt so good that I let myself try. Chicken, aloco, rice and cassava flour. I've added two pastels, a bouye juice (jus de baobab) and a ginger juice. First disappointment, when I opened the bag, no banana. And no magic little sauce to accompany them. The rice was too pasty to my taste and I did not grasp the taste of the chicken that was rather unpleasant. I thought, no matter what, I'm going down on the pastels and going through them. With an accras, I could cook a plate of fries but the accras had good taste. Gross disappointment over ginger juice (rear unpleasant taste) and mud juice, too sweet. Yet when I saw the queue behind me, I was convinced...
Nice and smiling people. A rich and very good dish, coupled with a quick service. The truck being present every Friday night at Parc de Saint Maur station, I can tell you that I look forward to the weekend. 1 for the communicative laughter of the cook
Very diverse succulent meals. Flavours that have delighted our guests at our wedding. Going for a dish or soliciting them as a catererer will be a good choice. Thanks to the boss!

I tasted chicken yassah. I know that recipe. but I found it a little light, a lot of rice very little sauce and 2 chicken sprockets it makes a little leaked.
