Yesterday, my daughter and I had a fantastic time on a beginners foraging course. Our guide, Mark, was incredibly knowledgeable and delivered information in a friendly and relaxed manner. We spent 3 hours at the beautiful Rougham Estate, learning so much from him. I can't wait to start foraging in the countryside myself. After the tour, we tried some of the mushrooms we had found in the woods, followed by a delicious 3-course meal with wine prepared by the talented chefs at The Forage Kitchen. They use foraged ingredients in many of their dishes, making it a must-visit for gourmet food lovers. I will definitely be back to try the taster menu! I highly recommend this experience. A great experience. Purchased the foraging course for husband's birthday. We were blessed with good weather. Met some lovely people, and ended the occasion with a lovely taster meal. Really recommend this for something different, and guidance for looking at what is beneath out feet on the forest floor. I gifted the beginner foraging course to my mother for her birthday and we had an amazing time. Marc was knowledgable and passionate about foraging, and we both feel inspired and confident to start looking for some beginner species independently. Had a wonderful experience at a beginner's foraging course. The group was very friendly and Mel, the head forager, was very knowledgeable. I had dinner at this restaurant and it was fantastic! The price per person ranged from £50 to £60. The food was amazing, receiving a perfect score of 5. The service was excellent as well, also earning a top score of 5. The atmosphere was lovely and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

I have been fortunate to dine at many upscale restaurants and experience dining facilities, but this was one of the best meals and culinary experiences of my life. The atmosphere was informal and relaxed, with truly outstanding food. I only wish I lived closer to this gem.
