Stopped in for a family lunch. Very friendly attentive staff and the food was delicious and well presented. Calamari was perfectly cooked, and it would have been good to have more than three rings in the portion as we were sharing the starters. The grilled meats were juicy and tender and full of flavour. We really liked the Guvec on the lunch menu. The meals are good but not worth the price tag. The two course menu is better value for money but has restricted options. Can't fault the service though, we felt well looked after! Honestly wow! We’ve lived in Bury St Edmunds for over 3 years now and this was our first time to Francela I’m so sad we did not come sooner. Service is welcoming and attentive, every single dish we had was very flavorful and perfect, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed and cozy. We got several different appetizers, the mixed grill, and dessert along with wine. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it! I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. The dishes are always delicious and beautifully arranged. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable. Looking for somewhere to eat early ahead of an event at The Apex. The early two course menu at £18.00 (or thereabouts) was perfect. Food was delicious and service very friendly and attentive. Judging by the number of people arriving for their evening just as we left it’s certainly very popular and we can see why. Definitely be back! Reserva una mesa ahora

The meal was excellent and the waiter provided great service. We had a good experience and would definitely consider returning. The overall service rating was 5 out of 5, with the food scoring a 4 and the atmosphere a 3. The average price per person for lunch was £20–30.

Here with a party so on party menu. So a bit restricted on choice. But it was great fun and service and atmosphere great. We live at least 4 months in Med so very authentic for Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
