on 26.5.2017 we visited the hotel forellenzucht after a wonderful hike. full of joy to enjoy a delicious trout. the first impression of the external system .chairing and tables were disturbed. of about 15 tables were equipped with ratan chairs, the rest with simple green weathered plastic chairs. the tables without table caro-simply dirty distributed on huge lights, not very welcoming. like the outside area so eat all of it. we have ordered a medium trout fried in butter as supplement extra calculated in butter roasted mande separately. the trout was not fried in butter, but in an undefined fat liquor. the skin of the trout was not grounded, therefore the resistance is rather soft than crispy. the mandelplä ttchen were served in a small bowl without a little butter, dry and partly burned, about from the amount of a spoon. for the price additionally for 1.60 eu. the only praise for this food was the taste and the fresh of the trout. the petersilienkartoffel was served for two people in a small dish. too little. the total price for two forks with 0.5 l of alcohol-free yeast was 40.60 eu, yeast 3,90 eu. we will never visit this environment anymore.
