on 26.5.2017 we visited the hotel forellenzucht after a wonderful hike. full of joy to enjoy a delicious trout. the first impression of the external system .chairing and tables were disturbed. of about 15 tables were equipped with ratan chairs, the rest with simple green weathered plastic chairs. the tables without table caro-simply dirty distributed on huge lights, not very welcoming. like the outside area so eat all of it. we have ordered a medium trout fried in butter as supplement extra calculated in butter roasted mande separately. the trout was not fried in butter, but in an undefined fat liquor. the skin of the trout was not grounded, therefore the resistance is rather soft than crisp...
pro: how the headline already says; the fish is simply classy. dishes are simple, to the essential, but exactly that makes it. also the cakes are in the did homemade not the tkram that is so often superior to you. prices are rather cheap and the service is cordial and very helpful (even when breaking the trout) contra: can be that there is no more trout around 19:30 clock and the kitchen has to have. oldnatiw then there are tasty smoked variations! the ambiente is already very simple and the very nice exterior system could sometimes wear new furniture (please not have a plastic as now). as already said; the quality of eating makes this more than bet. we'll be happy to come back.
we have already been warmly welcomed by the service. the menu is not big, but really enough. the dishes super delicious and freshly prepared especially. butterzart!!! and the trout super delicious and naturally fresh. the bratkartoffels nicely scratched and not greasy. the service is very friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. we will definitely come back and can only recommend it.
Meine erste Wahl wenn's um Forellenangeln geht. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Es stehen drei unterschiedliche große Angelteiche zur Auswahl die vom Baybach mit frischen Wasser gespeist werden. Es werden ausschließlich Portionsforellen besetzt. Die Forellen sind von top Qualität.

we have been in the region for a few years and at least in short vacation! the food is excellent, the family service also and the ambiente around forellenzucht we like very much. we are completely satisfied and look forward to the next time.
we decided to eat a trout at the moment. that was without sweet and super delicious. the staff was very friendly and very attentive. as we were on the road with the motorcycle, we could also ask those who liked us well. always happy!
Einfach nur toll. Sehr freundliches Personal, eine liebevoll gepflegte Anlage und sehr gute Fische, die auch ausgewachsen sind. Wir wurden auch nach der blauen Karte gefragt und kontrolliert. Perfekt! Ich komme gerne wieder!
Nein, der schlechteste Salat aller Zeiten.Ich habe davon kein Foto gemacht. Die Forelle war zu fettig, ölig. Sorry, Küchenchef, aber das ist meine Meinung.
