The place is small but WORTH IT. Authentic Italian cuisine and the pasta are made fresh. From veal ravioli to prosciutto pizza, I've had it all, and no dish disappoints. Don't forget about the desert! Panna cotta is my go-to. Although not on the menu, they can also make you affogato if you're looking for a simple classic Italian dessert. Lastly, the owner is awesome, as well as the server that handles large parties. He's super impressive because he doesn't have to write your order down. It comes to you accurate, and he knows Italian. Foretti's is 5 stars all around!
This restaurant was previously known as Pirozzi, but it has recently been rebranded as Foretti's. Just like before, they continue to serve high-quality Italian cuisine. The location is fantastic, situated in the best part of Orange County. The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. While the interior design is nice, there is certainly room for improvement. Be sure to try their pasta dishes, especially the unique Lamb Rago. Their pizza is also worth a taste!
Very good Italian food. Reservation recommended. This is an intimate restaurant both indoor and outdoor covered patio seating. Many excellent dishes and professional servers. Forettis is certified to make Napoleon pizza and is the only restaurant in Newport certified. Extensive wine list and full bar.
We had a group of 7 with varied tastes and appetites: Everyone was extremely pleased with the food. The service was excellent. We had a wonderful time and will go back often.
