It’s not fancy but everything was cooked as ordered and tasted great. My pappardelle was terrific; DH enjoyed his chicken Parmesan even though the pasta was cooked a bit past al dente. They are clearly short on staff but the staff they had did yeoman’s’ work. Carlton seated us with a warning that it would take 10 20 minutes to place our food order. Went for a Valentine’s Day Date Night. Worst experience ever. Food was cold, small, and unpalatable. Spent close to $200 for something that was a horrible experience. Customer service was bad too. They bring us out a bowl of soup and do not bring us a spoon for nearly 15 min. The waiter totally ignored us, we asked the host to get us a spoon. Then the waiter comes by and asks how is your delicious food? I laughed and said it was fine. The only thing that was actually good (because it was hot, like an entree is supposed to be! was the free meatballs that the chef outside gave us. It was honestly the best thing we had. A good hotel restaurant nice looking bar, comfortable booths, very good, friendly service. Menu is pretty diverse, with pizza, pasta and great burgers. Never had one with fried green tomatoes before. Crowd is mostly hotel guests relatively quiet. Overall definitely worth going to if you are staying at the hotel, or live close by.

I really enjoy coming here for Thanksgiving. The server with blonde hair was fantastic. I do wish they offered a more traditional Thanksgiving meal. The mushroom ravioli was quite good, but I regret not ordering a salad to go with it. We definitely plan to return throughout the year!
I visited the restaurant for Valentine's Day, and while our server was attentive, the food took an excessively long time to arrive. We ordered an appetizer, but it was served at the same time as our main dishes. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

The food and hospitality was excellent! Chef Rob and Cathy were outstanding. Definitely, we will be back.  Renee’ and Randy.
Great service, menu is pricey for quality but it is convenient if staying at hotel.
