What can I say... sad, unfortunate, disappointing, and discouraging.We spent about $100.00 on lunch. And had to stop multiple times on our drive home due to stomach distress. There really isn’t any refined way to say it... it was literally disheartening to say the least.We’ve eaten there multiple times and each time recently it has become increasingly less consistent.The pizza seemed like it was a preformed or frozen crust one of those perforated with all these little holes and it was crunchy.The plated three way salad with tuna fish, egg salad and chicken salad looked like they scraped the dish to get what they could and each scoop was minimal and looked old or slightly discolored. Their service isn’t even just terrible, non existent is more like the word. The food and restaurant idea is fine, they just need to get rid of all the useless people who work there and make it seem like it’s a hassle taking an order or really doing anything. I stood there for 10 mins with no line while the employees all proceeded to do nothing. I just wanted a smoothie but i’m running on a schedule and I don’t have 20 mins to wait for one especially when there’s no line whatsoever. Ive never been in a worse run establishment staff wise.
They break breastfeeding laws here and treat you worse than dogs. They refused to take our order or even to say hi for 20minutes. No one was in line. Then when we tried to sit at the table they said we couldn’t. Then changed their minds and said we could only sit at one table at the front. Later they told me “This is a public place. You need to stop breastfeeding” when my infant son got hungry. Breastfeeding is allowed in all 50 states and the staff need training on how ILLEGAL it is tell a woman to stop.
Hands down the worst service I've even received in my entire life. The one star is for the food because it was actually very yummy. From the lack of urgency, lack of thoughtfulness, to utter disrespect I have been appalled with every visit. M F be prepared to wait 1 full hour for anything on the menu. They never pick up the phone so don't waste your time trying to call ahead. I'd also add that is should be a literal crime to charge this much for such service. I am disgusted.

Unexpected surprise inside a mall. Small treasure hidden by the perfume section of Bloomingdales . We went past it for years never wondering what it was and finally our friend invited us there for brunch! The food is great , small plates and very tasty . Yogurt was also very delicious! They have wine and drinks! Good place for lunch ! Less one star -as this place looks closed from the mall entrance and I think most people assume it is
We've been going there for years. Since it opened. There have been changes, yes. But, that said, it has been consistent in portions and quality. It's not fancy. It's laid back, comfortable, friendly and accommodating. Get their burgers, you won't be disappointed they're delicious. The carrot salad is a standard and classic. The yogurt is wonderful and we like the coffee and or the chocolate.
We enjoyed a delightful lunch at this restaurant, where the staff was exceptionally friendly, cheerful, and engaging. It truly made for an enjoyable experience. Our server, Akenzua (Kenzie), was especially kind and went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. A big shout-out to everyone there! Food: 4/5.
I was asked not once, but five times what exactly I want to order and somehow I still didn’t get what I ordered. If the ladies spent more time working as a team, being professional, and not arguing and being petty, it would be a lot more seamless there!

The milk used to make my latte was spoiled, which made me feel unwell. Additionally, the staff were quite rude. I will definitely not be returning to this place.
