I stopped in this morning for a quick cup of coffee, but the service I received was below par. Even though they had just served the gentleman in front of me, the two female servers were too busy getting off of shift to pay me any attention. I know how it is when you're ready to get off of work, but at the least, they could have said someone will be with you in a moment. No one likes to feel ignored. A few minutes after those servers had left, one of the other ladies behind the corner finally came to take my order. She was polite and helpful. The coffee was good though.
Had a good experience at Fountain City Coffee! The employees are extremely helpful and kind, the shop has great ambiance and is very clean. I ordered a Honey Cinnamon latte which was tasty, however they didn’t have any mugs for drinking it in the store which I found odd, and the foam was very much more of a cappuccino than a latte. I would come back, and give the another type of drink a shot because it was tasty!
I had this restaurant on my must-visit list while traveling through Georgia, and I'm so glad I stopped by. Although it was very busy on Saturday morning, the team of three baristas was impressive! They worked diligently, communicated well, and efficiently served drinks without compromising quality. The sandwiches were also delicious! Thank you!
