A wonderful cheese room filled with delicacies from around the globe, great fruit and veg bursting with freshness and colour, their own home grown olive oils, jams and bread, excellent salads and meals to take away, a thriving Tuscan style restaurant, rustic and eye-catching interiors, amazing pizza oven, Italian waiters, good bar scene, tasty gelato... Have been coming here since it opened maybe ten years ago and it is consistently good. Dropped in recently for a quick lunch and ordered whitebait, fig and gorgonzola salad with rocket, and an orecchiette pasta dish. All delicious and memorable! Love this place in the evening when...

It’s funny how time seems to pass so quickly as you get older. With the start of 2017 I couldn’t believe how the last year had flown by. And then January disappeared in a flash. Speaking of time flying by, WordPress recently sent me a ”Happy 3rd Birthday” message. It reminded me how far Feast Wisely has come since early 2014. Almost 200 posts on I’m marking the occasion by updating one of my very first posts. Here I’m sharing with you the Italian delights at Fourth Village Providore.

This place is one of my favourite lunch places in Sydney. I’d drive from far to enjoy their beautiful food; great coffee and sweets (cannoli is my favourite) and their shop (incl. cheese room that makes my French man go crazy). The place has a chill vibe, and the outside area looks out on a park and has that European terrace feeling and is pretty quiet. With the staff being friendly and having a strong Italian accent, I feel I’m in Italy! Although they have extensive menus, I prefer lunch over breakfast as I love their pasta and pizza’s!
We went here for dinner on 3 October 2020 and I'm still craving for that lobster pasta. I've been here several times in the past and just forgot to leave a review. All I can say was that I've tried breakfast, lunch and dinner at their restaurant and I've always liked the food and service. Price point is very fair when you see the serving sizes and the yumminess. I even celebrated my birthday here last 2019. I want to keep this place as secret so I would always get a table but that's not fair to the amazing people of Fourth Village!!!
Cute place which appears to be part deli/shop in the morning. Open air which is pleasant during cool days. The food is delicious, the crab pasta and calamari was great. The short wine list seems good and not horribly overpriced. Service is good with friendly and attentive waiters. Slightly expensive but worth it for the freshness and taste.
Here for early lunch after a long walk. The staff was very nice and food were so good! The beef was very tender and perfectly with the fresh bread. We were enjoying our lunch there.

Fantastic Italian restaurant with fresh delicious good and ambience. Decent serving size and well priced. Will be back to try their pizza!
Amazing! The slow cooked beef in red wine was so juicy! Linguine con Aragostelle was a little bit spicy and salty but very tasty!
