Ordered from them and waited a very long time for a delivery. Had a phone call and the woman delivering was in the wrong road because she hadn’t used the postcode. She then arrived approximately 20 minutes later and it had now been nearly 40 minutes since the food had left the restaurant. It was literally stone cold if not slightly colder. we opened up the containers and they were greasy, horrible and freezing. I phoned up the restaurant to tell them that I wanted to cancel the order and they were welcome to come and pick the food up. They offered me a 10% discount next time. Half hour late. Over an hour and a half to deliver. Everything cold. Had a Chuck it. Poppadoms soft, Bhaji was greasy and soft. All meat dishes cold. When I phoned them, I was told that if I placed an order again I should tell them about my previous issue. I have just wasted £25 on a meal that was not edible and to top it off, the driver turned up and approached the house without a mask. I have basically been charged £25 for an inedible meal by a company who have turned up without a mask and told me that if I choose to try them again I should explain my experience (again) and they will consider a discount. Not really taking responsibility for their actions in my opinion. Food cold and late....

I don't normally write bad reviews and this is first negative review for foysals. We normally have great meals with lots of flavour and we always adapt the food to our taste but tonight was different. I had garlic chilli chicken less chilli as I like some spice but not too much, tonight it was hot hot and I was not able to eat it. The rice and bread was fine. My husband likes his meals hot and flavourful which we normally get but his was hot but not much flavour. I'm not sure if you had a different chef tonight but it really didn't work. Will think twice about ordering again. I am sorry but I am really disappointed

This was the worst Indian takeout we have ever experienced. The chicken Marsala had a pool of fat on top and tasted awful. We waited over an hour for it to arrive and were very disappointed with our meal. The next day, I went back to Foysals Takeaway to inquire about the poor quality and was shocked by how filthy the shop front was. I can only imagine what the kitchen is like.

I only use one takeaway and this is the one. I always order the same food as well and Foysals has never let me down. My car got wrecked by an Audi driver in January this year and had to order online and get food delivered. The food was delivered quickly on several occasions by polite and helpful drivers.

We were looking forward to pre christmas family gathering . The lady delivering was extremely rude and food was fairly cold and chicken was pink. I called the shop but the man who said he was the owner put the phone down. No apologies and no attempt to resolve the issue!!!

The meat in the kema naan was just placed on top of the naan and not stuffed inside, which was a bit messy. However, the naan bread itself was sealed. When I asked for plain rice, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a delicious pilau rice instead.

Ordered for thr first time last night and if was probably one of the best Indian takeaways we have ever had food was hot and big portions very fresh and tasty....we will definitely be using this Indian every time excellent value

The portion sizes at this restaurant are on another level compared to what I have been used to for years. The curry is delicious, but I have to say, the portion of Naan bread has been seriously reduced in size.

No complaints. First time ordering from here and was not disappointed. Delivery was efficient. Food tasted superb. Excellent value for money with plenty of meat in the dishes. Will definitely be ordering again.
