We were celebrating my daughter's 23rd birthday and I had pre-requested a piece of cake with a candle for the end of the meal to be served to my daughter, expecting that it would be added to the bill. I mentioned to our server who the birthday girl was in our party of six people so that she would know to who the slice of cake should be served. Well, I was very disheartened to discover at the end of the meal that there would be no cake, no candle, nothing. I did not have words and quite frankly was a bit embarrassed having mentioned the cake idea to my other family members and having opted not to get her an entire cake thinking the restaurant cake would suffice for our evening out. This is our second time at Francobollo and the food was just as good as the first time very tasty. We had new things this time and they were delicious beautiful presentation and very tasty. The ambiance in the restaurant is very friendly and warm and slightly more than casual I really enjoyed ourselves.

First time there celebrating our anniversary. Our server was great and very personable. The food and drinks were fantastic. I really loved the intimate space and the lovely decor. I will definitely be coming back for more celebrations. Thank you Francobollo:

Always a fantastic evening at this phenomenal restaurant! The atmosphere is so charming, all the waitstaff are gracious, especially Patrick, the manager and the food is incredible! You can't go wrong here!!

Love the food here. The menu always changes and the food is very interesting and taste good. Staffs are friendly, nice and great with customer service.

Only notable comment is that there was a notable vent blowing cold air. That did not significantly deter from the evening. We had a very nice evening.

Very good food but not enough servers so you’re left waiting the odd time. Food is outstanding! Drinks are pricey.
