I don't understand why this place has such high ratings. The food is terrible, like really, really bad. It's not just uninspired or inconsistent, it's consistently awful. The loud music and poor building design create a terrible echo that is only made worse by the numerous birthday groups celebrating. Every 5 minutes, your meal is interrupted by even louder music for another birthday. It's great for the person celebrating, but do I have to go deaf because of their poor choice in restaurants? No, thank you. Avoid this place at all costs.

We always make a point to visit Frankie & Benny's for birthdays and special occasions. We usually end up ordering a steak, which is always delicious. The food is surprisingly good for a chain restaurant. The service can be hit or miss, but generally it's good. Parking can be a bit limited, but we've never had trouble finding a spot. It's a popular spot for parties, so it can get loud. We'll definitely be back for our next birthday celebration.

We arrived to find the table was not booked, thankfully I had the email reservation, the young lady thankfully got us seated and apologised for the mix up, service was v good, food was good we tend to meet up here as it's half way between our house and daughter's house so thankfully we still got a table and enjoyed our pre Xmas get together so thank you to the helpful staff member

we came to find the table not booked, thanks to the e-mail reservation, the young lady has fortunately sitting and apologised for the mix up, service was good, eating was good, we tend to meet here, because it is halfway between our house and daughter house so grateful we still have a table and enjoyed our pre-Xmas together, so thank you so that they are ready to help the Reserva una mesa ahora

The food did not live up to the reviews. I was hoping for more traditional American dishes, but there was mainly fusion cuisine. I ended up ordering the meatball sandwich, which came on a bun instead of a roll. Despite this, the atmosphere was still nice.

food was delicious, I had the laughs. the service was great, thanks to the young man who served us with a smile, he is a great talk partner. would recommend. x

there was no record of our reservation (table for 2) by 8 clock sa 2 march, but all their confirmation were online. to the happiness there was a table.
