Frankie Benny's Gloucester

Went on the off chance of getting a table around 5:45pm on a Saturday. We did and the waiter was very helpful. I had a groupon offer showing but he said that it takes around 6 hours to get the offer come through. My partner has the Taste app/card which gives 2-4-1 so we was allowed to use that. We had three courses each. Two soft drinks for just over £32! We had lovely service. Hot food. Quick service and lovely atmosphere with clean establishment. Well done Gloucester! Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

my first visit to francie and benny. on the other night we were here to dinner, but we are sitting right away. the place was clean and the music choice was nice; inoffensiw and with perfect volume. the waitress was friendly, served us quickly and gave us options for the starter and the main coming together, which was eating within 10 minutes! the bbq burger was super tasty, pommes could have been a little craspier, but were nice enough. it was a cheap food and filled enough I back.

Great frankie and benny's in this lovely retail park. Good sitting arrangements and nice service. I like the open kitchen aspect as you can watch your food being prepared and the delicious smells make you long for their food. We went here for lunch with 3 kids and it was a good experience. The kids got something to draw on and play with which makes the wait a bit easier.

Despite booking through OpenTable, the restaurant staff had no record of our reservation when we arrived. They quickly found a table for us, but this did put a damper on our celebration as some of our guests had traveled over 100 miles to join us. We were disappointed that we were not offered any compensation or voucher to entice us to return in the future. Reserva una mesa ahora

Although the staff had booked via open table, the staff had no knowledge of our booking and there was no reservation for us. After a short waiting period they found a table for us, but this pampered the occasion as some of our guests had traveled over miles to join our celebration. we have not even been offered a voucher to encourage us to return!

Lovely staff on the night that I visited, very clean and because we came for an early dinner we had pick of all the tables so managed to get a very cosy booth for our meal! Brilliant selection of food available and all of it was high quality and very tasty. Not the best for a date night but family meals definitely! Always good deals on!

A good selection of meals to choose from the menu. The food is freshly cooked so don't expect your meal without allowing preparation time. Service was friendly efficient. Good seating. All round a very good eatery decked out with Italian memorabilia.

great breakfast and super service. I would just say that the big breakfast should come with free (tee.)
