' when it comes to food.The service was beyond amazing, and thank goodness we had a big group because i was able to try a little of everything, not to mention, the staff met our every request with no hesitation or unwillingness to make it happen. I absolutely love this place! We moved to Tampa about 3 weeks ago and this was the first place we checked out( it’s across the street why not) we loved it from day one! From the bartenders to the atmosphere! Absolutely a blast to come here! The food is amazing! The drinks are great! And how can you beat 4-8 happy hour daily! I love the live music and how I can watch the sunset from my balcony and be able to hear the cool live bands! Special shout outs to Allan, Melissa, Blair, Mikey, Miguel, Chris, Alissa, Dakota And honestly everyone has been wonderful! And nothing but hospitable! This review has been a long time coming, as I’ve been visiting since they opened! FM has truly enhanced the Tampa nightlife scene. Before they launched, the only option for music and drinks with friends was SOHO, which can get a bit repetitive. I’m thrilled to have discovered a more enjoyable crowd here. While it can get quite busy, the service is generally quick, and I’m always satisfied with my drinks. It’s definitely a spot worth checking out if you live nearby or are just in town for a visit.
I've lived in Tampa my entire life and have witnessed many bars and restaurants come and go. Franklin Manor stands out for its elegance and quality. The food, drinks, and staff are all exceptional, which I believe speaks volumes about the ownership and management. The atmosphere and vibe are fantastic! If you haven't visited yet, you're really missing out. I celebrated my 35th birthday there, and my friends and family absolutely loved it!

This is definitely my favorite place in Tampa! The drinks are fantastic, and the food is even better. As a big dog lover, I really appreciate that I can bring my dog along and relax on the outdoor patio. They even provide unlimited dog biscuits for the pups! If you haven't been here yet, I highly recommend checking it out!
Whenever I go out late night downtown I always make a stop by Franklin Manor. They have great live musicians or DJs making the place lively and have a great array of beers and cocktails (frose is legit). Usually a pretty good crowd to being some party atmosphere as well.
I always have a great time here at Franklin Manor! Such a good atmosphere. There’s always a live band playing outside and a DJ playing inside with a big mix of different music! I Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a fun time!
This place it's amazing , service was exceptional , I took my friends that are visiting from Europe and they loved the atmosphere and the drinks !!! Frosé is sooooo delicious !!!! Fantastic place and now it will be my favourite place to go for sure !!!

Great place to either get your night started or end your night. Fun, upscale atmosphere. Management and staff are amazing. I celebrated my bday there, couldn’t ask for a better night! They were super attentive and really made the whole night special!
Hands down best bar in Tampa! Great atmosphere with live music most nights. If you haven’t been here you’re missing out!! Great service, food and cocktails!
