Such a cute bistro! The food was phenomenal, the staff were so kind, and the atmosphere was very cozy. They had gluten free bread and tons of options for milk alternatives. We got breakfast here and really enjoyed it the pancakes were particularly fantastic (served with mascarpone fresh fruit), and the bacon and caramelized onion eggs benedict was so tasty.The food was so good that we ordered a few more drinks to take with us on the road! Definitely try their London fog house made iced tea. Parking: There's paid street parking, but it's quite cheap.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread is available, as well as a number of milk alternatives!

Ordered the bento box, this box comes with half a wrap/sandwich a small bowl of fruit and soup, some chicken fingers, and a small brownie. The wrap had one tiny piece of chicken in it and was basically like eating wrapped up lettuce, the chicken fingers were on spinach (one tiny chicken finger cut in half) which is weird. The sandwich had to skinny slices of turkey on it. The brownie was stale or old.The fruit and soup were ok. Wouldn’t come back

I've visited this place a few times, whether for a chai tea latte or a London Fog, and I've always found the service and food quality to be excellent. The food is delicious, served in generous portions, and reasonably priced compared to the overpriced breakfast chains. It's a hidden gem, slightly off the main path, but still within walking distance if you're in downtown Kamloops. It's definitely worth the trip!

I absolutely adore this restaurant. However, during my recent lunch visit, I ordered two BLT sandwiches (just the sandwiches, no drinks or coffee) and the total came to $31.37, including a 15% tip. This feels very expensive for just two basic sandwiches. I really enjoy the food here, but at that price, I’m not sure I can continue dining here. Food rating: 3/5. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food here was truly amazing, with the best pancakes and French toast I've ever had. The whipped cream was a fantastic addition—fresh and generously portioned. The prices were very reasonable, too. During our road trip through the mountains, we couldn't stop raving about how this restaurant was the best one we visited. I would definitely love to return!

This family-run restaurant offers a fantastic atmosphere. I stopped by for breakfast and coffee, and it was a wonderful experience. The coffee is excellent! We enjoyed the French toast as well as a bagel with cheese and ham.

The coffee here is outstanding, and the gluten-free date squares are a must-try. The restaurant offers a few outdoor tables, creating a relaxing ambiance. The service is both excellent and friendly. Food rating: 5/5.
