I have been going to Frank 's for roughly 5 years now. Initially, my first choice outside of Little Italy was Giovanna 's Italian Kitchen. It still is my first choice for reasons of loyalty. The food and the individuals who work there are exceptional. The friendliness of the people, including the owner and cook, and how integrated in the community they are. Going to Frank 's was an idea of my neighbor who loves this place. Granted, some of the things they serve cannot be found at Giovanna 's, nor elsewhere for that matter outside of Little Italy, but I have no problem with that. What I have ordered I have actually enjoyed. However, the last several times I have gone there I have noticed a st...

Edit: I feel I have to edit my review. The food has gone way downhill. I don't know if it's under new management or what but it's nothing like it use to be. We ordered pizza a few weeks ago and it's the first time we didn't like it. Tasted nothing like it had for years. But we just chalked it up to it being a one time bad experience. Today we ordered the shrimp scampi. It was terrible. The shrimp were mush like they were old or had been sitting in water. I've never in my life had a shrimp like this. The only part I could eat from the platter was the noodles and salad. Their pastas use to be amazing. Not sure what's going on but we'll probably never order again. Just not worth the waste of mo...

Absolute garbage, end to end. We were quoted 30 minutes for our pizza, and it took almost an hour. We ordered a 16-inch cheese pizza; it measured at 13.5 inches, the crust was burnt, and there were bubbles everywhere. The other pizza was also poorly cut, and definitely not worth the $20+ we paid for it. The sad-sack garlic knots weren't even baked all the way through (doughy insides). It took so long for the food that we didn't bother contesting anything while we were there, just wanted to leave. The hype behind this place is unfounded. Not recommended for anyone, under any circumstances.

Believe the hype! The pizza was fantastic, and the penne vodka was absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch, earning an A+. It really feels like a wonderful neighborhood gem where patrons come to savor good food in a cozy, family-owned establishment—where the owners genuinely connect with their customers like old friends. We loved our experience and will definitely return! Don't hesitate to ask for items that aren't listed on the menu. I requested zeppoles, and they had them! It made this New Yorker very happy. The few times I ordered pizza from this place were disappointing. Very dry, burnt, thin crust with almost no cheese and the extra toppings are crazy expensive. I also had to order a gluten free pizza once for an allergic person and it was the saddest pizza I’ve ever seen! Won’t make this mistake again. The competition place across the street is way better!

I got a meatlovers Pizza. On the menu inside the place it said $18.99 but after i had ordered and paid my receipt said $23.99. They said the in store menu pricing was out of date. Had i known it was $5 more, as nice as it was i would not have bought it. They would not honor the price in their in store menu.

I’ve only been coming here for a little while, but I have no complaints about the food. I just had the cheese steak sub, and it’s definitely a cut above the typical cheese steak you find at regular sub shops. I highly recommend it!

Stopped by for a Philly style cheesesteak and thats exactly what I got it was amazing fresh ribeye steak, seeded roll, and cooper sharp cheese cooked and mixed perfectly. Best Philly cheeseteak in Baltimore! Reserva una mesa ahora

I decided to give this place another try, and I'm really glad I did. The Detroit-style pizza is fantastic! Jerry was really helpful in fixing my mistake, and I appreciate that!
