Frank's is my favorite local restaurant. Their burgers are unique because they not only taste fantastic, but they also hold together well when you take a bite. It's rare to find a place that has perfected the burger-to-bun ratio, but they've done it. Overall, the food is excellent!
Who charges 75 cents to add onions and sweet peppers to a cheesesteak? This place does! If you're not in the mood to cook, just admit it! There's already a 50-cent fee for using my card, so the least you could do is mix in the onions and peppers for me. Just saying!
Why on Earth would you charge me extra to mix my onions and peppers into my cheesesteak. For years this business has benefited from our community. Just last year sold a winning ticket for the lottery. Yet Frank's has given the community back nothing but surcharges.

Little hole in the wall type of further Deli. Felt comfortable like everyone knew each other in there. Good vibes, good Philly Cheese Steak.
I really enjoyed having lunch at the counter. The cheesesteak was excellent, and the onion rings were fantastic as well.
