Franz Ferdinand - Reserva de mesa

Located in a calm area, close to a hospital, easy to reach with many parking slots close by. Typical Austrian food, very nice ambient and comfortable chairs. Visited with a fried, pricy but worth it, went for the Wiener Schnitzel and enjoyed a nice and filling meal. Very very friendly personell, polite and fast. If you're visiting Bochum and need a place to have good food (away from all the main stream and fast food) Franz Ferdinand ist the place to go! Might need to make a reservation on weekends, we got a table on Friday evening but it was pretty hard for people arriving after us to get one without waiting a while. Enjoy! By the way the menu is written in Austrian slang, might need to ask...

Staying at the nearby Courtyard in Bochum and walked around the corner to the Franz Ferdinand. Server was friendly, polite, and spoke English. No English menus, but the server helped us. I had the sauerbraten with red cabbage, a dumpling, and some kind of dressing like bread. It was outstanding. My business associate had a veal Cordon Bleu. She said it was great. This restaurant overlooks the Stadpark zoo, so watched the animals while have dinner. The place was very clean and well organized.

Good services, cozy place and this is austrian restraunt, so we asked for austrian dish - Tafelspitz. That was really average. Emotions that I feel having Tafelspitz in Austria are much more pleasant. I don't like much places that mislead you. So may be Schnitzel is the same. I won't try it, cause will not come back :)

Lovely atmosphere, spotlessly clean, helpful English speaking staff. A nice location, backing onto a pond with flamingo in. Food was very nice. Our group was sat outside and after sunset when it became chilly we were all given blankets! Definitely worth a visit. Reserva una mesa ahora

Stopped here for a coffee and dessert. The ambience was lovely, staff was friendly and the cappuccino was very good. Dessert was ok. Terrace on the back was also great as it had a great view of a nearby park. Did not have any entrees.

My family took me there for lunch when I visiting Germany. The service was good and the food was absolutely delicious! The restaurant is decorated elegantly. The meal was expensive for what we had but it was thoroughly enjoyed!

45 minutes waiting ... Food was not good, like it has been frozen and heated in microwave so we didn't finish the dinner.Everything looks not so clean. In fact it's not a restaurant but overpriced local canteen.

Very nice place to stay, next to the zoo of Bochum. The kitchen is Austrian style. You feel being in Vienna at Plachutta. But the Personal is much more friendly, here. Reserva una mesa ahora

This was a short walk from the hotel at which we stayed, the Courtyard. We weren't sure what to expect, but the food was absolutely terrific.

Very Nice restaurant, with great dishes! Good atmosphere, can combine business dinners or casual dinners. Very kind and friendly staff
