We celebrated a couple of birthdays here a week or so ago. The table was almost ready for our party when we arrived. Only had to wait a few minutes. Drinks came out pretty fast. Everyone liked their food. This is Italian comfort food in a casual atmosphere. I had the manicotti with a side salad. The blood orange vinaigrette was just too much. It overpowered all the salad components. Several got the ravioli special and really enjoyed it. Hubby got the shrimp pomodoro and he said he liked it. They provided two complimentary desserts for the birthday celebration. The Italian cheesecake was so creamy and delicious. We would probably come back and maybe bring our friends.
My wife and I have eaten here many times and always enjoyed it. I have been remiss by not posting about Fratello's. Pasta is home-made and fresh. My wife loves their Ravioli of the Day. I am diabetic, so have to find a low carb option; I love the Eggplant Rolatini. Yum! My wife is Italian and says this is authentic. I judge an Italian restaurant by the Fetucini Alfredo. Fratello's is excellent; the sauce is nice and cheesy and never has a pool of grease. Just delightful; best I have found outside Sabatino's in Baltimore. The evenings are always busy; try a late lunch time. Always friendly service. Highly recommended!
It was our first time to Fratello's and we loved it. The food is scrumptious. Even the bread was delicious. I had the Cavatelli with Pecorino romano, broccoli rapini, roasted red pepper, grilled hot or sweet sausage, garlic and olive oil. It was absolutely delicious. My wife had the Chicken Marsala and she said it was the best she's had since leaving CT to live here in SC over 4 years ago. And the Tiramisu for dessert was oh so good. We will definitely be returning. Hopefully soon!
They did not honor our outdoor reservations we made in person after more than the expected 45 min wait when I called to see what's going on. They refused to say how much longer the wait would be. They offered an indoor table which we made clear we do not want. If the outdoors can't be reserved please be clear from the beginning and don't make people wait.

This is a family favorite of ours. The staff is courteous and professional, so the service is exceptional. The food and menu with specials designed by Kevin are scrumptious . Always busy which means I am not alone in praising the great Italian Restaurant.
Amazing authentic “Jersey” Italian! Highly recommend! Great, friendly staff! The perfect atmosphere for a nice romantic dinner, or a group get together! Great for singletons as well, with the bar up front with TVs to watch!
