If you like burgers and fries, this place is great. It's kind of like Five Guys, and the burgers are really good with fresh toppings. Their fries are REALLY skinny but they are yummy! They have creamy fry dipping sauce one with Jalapeno and one without (very good). They offer several burgers, hot dogs (including a Chicago Dog), chicken sandwiches, and even a veggie burger. They do have kids meals that include a side and a drink. They serve Pepsi products (self serve fountain). We didn't try the custard, but they had several choices to choose from. Honestly, I do like Five Guys better, but sometimes you gotta try something different. I will be back to Freddy's.

Upgrading to onion rings was definitely a great choice—they were amazing! We were too full after our burgers to try the custard, but we definitely plan to come back for that. It was very busy during our visit, which resulted in a longer wait for our order. The trash cans were overflowing, and it seemed the staff was too occupied to handle them until after the dinner rush. However, once things settled down, they quickly came together to clean up and take care of the mess.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant! The burger was badly put together and served cold, just like the chicken sandwich. The onion rings and fries were also icy. The drive-thru was frustrating, with no way to exit! While I was waiting, I noticed the staff chatting through the window instead of focusing on delivering hot, fresh food to customers. I really don't want to endure that long, slow line just to request a much-needed refund. They shouldn’t serve food like this! I'm planning to contact their corporate office because I'm extremely frustrated. Freddy's owes me $22!
I was accidentally charged twice for a meal, and it took nearly a week to receive my refund. Feeling frustrated, I went to the restaurant to speak with the manager. Asher L was there, and he treated me with kindness and respect. He refunded my money immediately and even offered me a complimentary meal. My experience went from frustrating to fantastic in no time! Thank you for the excellent service!
This is our top choice for burgers and fries. The fries take me back to my childhood when my dad would cut them thin and cook them to perfection. They're the best fries I've ever had, paired with an excellent burger. I highly recommend this spot, especially now that they have a rewards program, which makes it even better!
Fantastic burgers! I like to consider Freddy's as the Midwest's equivalent of In-N-Out burger. I definitely prefer them to Culver's butter burger because they don't taste as greasy. The shoestring fries also offer a refreshing alternative to the standard fries typically found at fast-food restaurants.

I'm giving a low rating because they're discontinuing my favorite concrete. The Hawaiian is amazing and was the only flavor I truly loved. I'm thankful they made one last one for me before it was taken off the menu. It was fantastic!
