Very rude I ordered my food at 9 I live in partington and the guy came to the door threw my food on the floor outside NOT PLACE IT ?? Then had the cheek to say oh don’t deliver after 9 next time ur food won’t come and then had a huff about it when I have it all on camera guys you’re in sale !! So then I went in the store and asked for the manger the next day and suddenly he wasn’t there ? But you’re open to 10-11 pm I should have to order my food at a certain time to get a fuss of the delivery guy !!!! Very rude !!!! I used to order here a lot ? Never again !!!!! Only live close by, but delivery was slow, food luke warm, pizza needed reheating, onion rings soggy, chicken strips coating was rock solid and once thru the crispy coating, the chicken was like rubber. Wife 's chicken kebab was spot on, very generous portion but again, not very hot. Very disappointed. I had an excellent experience with both the service and takeout. I tried the Freddy’s Special, which included a combination of donor meat, chicken, and a meat kebab, along with a separate salad. The flavors were fantastic, the portions were generous, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely return. Food: 5 Service: 5
