Fred's Bar & Grill

After yeas of hearing about Fred's with great chicken wings and the best calamari in the city, I finally went there! A buddy and myself tried it for lunch in August. They have an outdoor seating area and it was full. Inside was nice and...lots of people in there as well. Doesn't anyone work anymore? LOL. They had all the covid protocols in place and the place was clean. I had one of their hamburgers and my pal had the club sandwich. Both were very good. Menu has enough choices to keep everyone happy. Going back soon for the Wings!

one of our favorite spots and a way to always reliable good means of living is no longer reliable! since fred is past, I am sad to constantly say the quality and service are on the hill. there is no love for detail anymore, in every...aspect food is re-installed, not delivered as ordered. unfortunately this was the experience the last three times in the last six months. we'll go back, but with hesitation.

great eating, but wow staff don't wear masks right, moose go around without masks. no contact at the door. rather frightening, as the owner fred apparently died of covid and his son who is running now, does not carry his mask over his mouth and nose. very. selfish and menish in danger. asked our waitress to talk to son, but did not see that son wears his mask.

I love this place, this time we were there on Sunday, they followed the protocol. the lunch was as usual delicious. I had the grilled calamari, it is the best. my wife loves freds pizza a combination of gogonzola cheese, sausage and other tasty. she ate half and had the rest the next day. the personal here is so nice. We just picked this place when looking for a place to watch an NFL game while in town. It exceeded our expectations... staff was helpful and friendly, spinach salad was delicious, and the drink choices were plentiful.

I live this place. My wife had the Fred's special pizza. Delicious and she got two meals out of it. Once again I had the grilled calamari. It is so good, grilled perfectly, lots of garlic and fresh tomato. Excellent.

I ate and drank at Fred’s and it was a pleasant surprise. I expected to eat regular pub style, but they are a great choice. try the grilled calamari! always delicious!

Great wings. Large size and lots of meat. Well priced. Great service. They have other items but the wings are king here. 4.25/5 *
