Beautiful concept attached to the St. Jane Hotel that is a welcome addition to the north loop. Coffee shop in front with spacious bar and restaurant just beyond it. They did not miss any details here from the light fixtures to the floors and everything in between. As some of the other reviews say they seem to be working out a few opening kinks however an enjoyable experience worth stopping in for lunch or a drink.
Absolutely beautiful restaurant and bar that mimics the classic architecture of the rest of the hotel. The menu is simplistic in size but not in its offerings. Very thoughtful courses with exceptional ingredients and drinks that are absolute experiences from beginning to end. Be sure to stop by if you're in the area.
the service was terrible. the waiter knew nothing, could not answer a single question. I never brought coffee we ordered. one of our meal times, which was asked for another side, did not properly understand or apologize or repair. he had an espresso shot, came back with a cappuccino. would not recommend it to anyone.
It was Valentine's day. The restaurant was full and well understated. Our server was pleasant, but had many tables. Many hard services in space sound so much echo. Good. The food was well prepared and properly cooked. The plate was very nice. Reserva una mesa ahora
Sadly a below average hotel restaurant. 2 stars for food since we had to reject one pasta which was inedible, but 4 stars for service since they owned it and it took it off the bill, so giving average 3 stars.
Food was solid but not spectacular. Service was a bit slow, had to wait a long time to get our initial order in and had to ask multiple times for extra ketchup, hot sauce, etc. nice space and location.
This is now one of my favorite restaurants in Chicago! Great ambiance, food and service. Would highly recommend for a date night or any gathering!
